Brand & design system

A steady hand.
A shared direction.

One familiar face, a different calling. The Coordiñare conductor brings Steward’s warmth and care to the work of guiding a team.

The Coordiñare conductor in a forest-green tailcoat and ivory bow tie, baton raised.

The character welcomes.
The emblem leads.

A conductor for the big introduction. A hand and baton for the everyday signature. One serif wordmark connects them.

On forest: ivory wordmark, original emblem, and a paper tile for separation.

In the same family.

The exact Steward palette. Forest gives us a signature; ivory and paper give the work space. Brass belongs to the small details.

Use darker brass ink (#80612D) for small text. Status colors always appear with a label. The website has a fixed light canvas and deliberate forest sections.

A little personality.
A lot of clarity.

A familiar serif for the name and opening thought. System sans for the work. Local fonts keep the page quick and self-contained.

The same parts, throughout.

These are the website’s real buttons, surfaces, and states, using the same stylesheet and tokens.

A clear next step

One primary action per group. Give secondary actions a quiet outline.

At least 44 px high. Visible keyboard focus. No movement on hover.

Meaning beyond color

Always pair a state with plain language. Brass decoration does not mean a warning.

Space with a rhythm

Gentle, useful edges

8 px for controls. 16 px for surfaces. Shadows stay subtle; boundaries stay visible.

Guide the work.
Respect the person.

Keep the likeness.

Silver hair, round glasses, a kind face. Keep the character’s proportions and the whole baton in frame. Use the emblem when space is small.

Let the work lead.

Use the character for introductions. Keep operational screens, errors, and important decisions focused on their content.

Make care visible.

Readable contrast, keyboard access, honest examples, and layouts that work on a phone. Motion never carries essential information.
